For our Digital R&D we are looking for a passionate, empathic, and innovative
Agile Master (f/d/m). You will support us in mastering the complex challenges of a constantly changing market environment, new societal demands and constantly evolving technologies. Responsibilites

  • Support of the development teams and product owners
  • Coaching of agile values and principles inside and outside the team
  • Strengthening the self-organization and cross-functional skills of the teams
  • Promotion of autonomous working
  • Removing obstacles to team progress in a creative, proactive and sustainable way
  • Consulting and establishing Scrum and Kanban in the teams
  • Supporting the establishment of agile processes
  • Design of internal agile circles
  • Moderation of agile events

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Information Technology studies, an equivalent education or equivalent work experience
  • First professional experience as Scrum Master/Agile Master in software projects  
  • Proven Scrum certification
  • Strong Scrum skills and additional knowledge of Kanban
  • Agile mindset and exemplification of agile principles
  • Servant Leadership understanding
  • Consistent "Inspect & Adapt" mindset as well as pursuit of pragmatic approaches
  • Experience in TDD and XP desirable
  • Ideally experience in scaled projects
  • High level of empathy and communication skills
  • Knowledge in the use of Atlassian tools
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
