What are we looking for?

Job Responsibilities

Visual Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the creative visual style for global campaigns, ensuring brand consistency while adapting for regional markets. Oversee the look and feel of internal production content (e.g., step-by-step videos, tutorials). Act as a visual direction consultant for Content Marketing campaigns, including briefs, shoots, and post-production. Provide visual guidelines for new corporate spaces in collaboration with Brand Marketing
Global Adaptation: Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global assets to local markets, ensuring cultural relevance. Support internal stakeholders and markets with campaign development aligned to brand strategy. Act as an ambassador for visual consistency across internal and market campaigns
In-House Content Production: Oversee photo and video production in the in-house studio, delivering high-quality content across channels
Team Management: Lead and mentor the design team, manage external agencies and freelancers, and support the Junior Recipe Videographer in achieving CI/CD-compliant visual standards
Brand Consistency: Maintain global brand guidelines, supporting local adaptations as needed
Trend Insights: Stay current on global and regional design, cultural, and consumer trends to inform visual strategy
Data Management: Manage the Video Digital Asset Management system (Cloudinary) and develop automation features to enhance visual consistency

Your Profile

5 years in art direction, with experience in global or regional marketing. Agency experience is a plus
Expertise in visual design and content production (photo and video)
Understanding of cultural nuances across global markets
Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business goals
Strong self-leadership, team management and collaboration skills
