What are we looking for?

The Brand Marketing Manager will support in bringing to life the updated brand strategy, CICD and messaging, with the aim of strengthening the reputation of our brands. In addition, this role will support in developing brand assets and consulting local markets in campaign activation and bringing the brand strategy to life, while working together with the Research and Insights and the Content and Performance Marketing teams.

This role is part of the Vorwerk International Marketing department, reporting directing to Brand, Content and Performance Marketing Director.

Job Responsibilities

In detail main accountabilities and activities will include being responsible for but not necessarily be limited to the following areas:
  • Project manage the updated brand design introduction and support in bringing the brand strategy to life both via CICD, messaging, different business functions, and campaigns, while coordinating the first pilot projects with the local marketing teams.
  • Support internal sales competition set-up and brief the creation of assets and campaigns, in bringing them to life across the different markets, and activation together with Marketing Performance.
  • Support markets in bringing brand marketing projects to life, and sharing feedback and best/worst practices.
  • Consult and support local and global stakeholders with corporate identity & brand-related questions, trainings and requests.
  • Continuously tracking of overall brand performance and define research needs with the Research and Insights team, understand the perception of the brand in the eyes of customers and potential advisors and create an overall brand status analysis
  • Plan and organize the global (digital) marketing events and meetings, and support on brand protection.

Your Profile

  • Education in the area of business administration, marketing or related fields.
  • 4+ years experience in brand, asset creation & production and/or marketing communication field.
  • Experience in consumer goods companies, with sales networks and/or franchises – experience in direct sales is a plus.
  • Experience in large international/multinational groups in roles with international exposure.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Attentive and diligent with high attention to details.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality with a hands-on approach.
  • Well-developed presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High performing team player and collaborator across different functions & markets.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; German or any other language is a plus.
Know-How, Technical Skills and Experience
  • Self-management – proven track record at managing and motivating oneself to achieve objectives.
  • Experience of managing projects and several complex stakeholders in a fast paced and competitive environment in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent at interpreting data and quantitative approaches to facilitate improvements, experimentation, and decision-making.
  • Good knowledge and insights into the European cleaning and cooking consumer market is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-builder with an ability to engage, connect, and maintain relationships with a wide diversity of individuals.
  • Vision and ambition for the brand and business.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
