As Business Analyst at Vorwerk International, you will join a closely-knit team and have a tangible impact on the digital touch-points of Vorwerk. We are working hard to elevate our platform to new levels by shaping and implementing features, improving existing functionality and scaling our platform. We love high-level thinking combined with pragmatism and a hands-on approach. 
 
You will pair with product owners, design, tech experts and business representatives to facilitate the transition of the product vision into the product experience. Your role is critical to unlocking the business value triggered by the excellent balance of the business expectations, audience needs, and tech landscape.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners/ managers and solution architects eye-to-eye to define the global template solution for the respective domain. 
  • Drive cross-value-stream topics for our platform.  
  • Create systematic and consistent business requirements specifications in technical and user-friendly language, building the bridge between business and software development, continuously analysing and verifying requirements throughout the (agile software-)product life cycle. 
  • Clearly describe and define complete business requirements (functional, non-functional and organisational) for new demands. This also includes business process flows and data topics. 
  • Translation of conceptual user requirements into detailed requirements 
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers and or the project team 
  • Define use cases, clear user stories and acceptance criteria for new IT solutions 
  • Contribute to the development of a solution design that meets business requirements throughout the agile development cycle 
  • Work with the divisional/global teams to develop training programs for end users

Your Profile

  • Proven experience (min 3 years) with business- and technical requirements analysis, modelling, verification and methodology development. 
  • Experience overseeing the design, development and implementation of agile software solutions, systems and products.  
  • Strong track record of developing requirements specifications, detailing precise user stories and business process modelling in IT-related projects. 
  • Technical knowledge in the area of SAPC and Adobe Experience Manager. 
  • Working experience in the web and or e-commerce field. 
  • An ability to balance individual country organisation wishes/ requirements (distinguishing between “musts” and “nice-to-have”) with the necessity to build global template applications. 
  • Agile ways of working, demand processes, and management are second nature. 
  • Fluent in the English language, spoken and written. Any other language skills (mainly German) are a plus. 
  • Understanding the “Direct Sales” business model is an advantage.
