What are we looking for?

Job Responsibilities 
  • Content Creation: Manage Marketing campaigns /asset creation for both Culinary and Cleaning segments (e.g. product launches, product updates, seasonal campaigns, Recipe Marketing, Cookidoo® campaigns) from brief and agency selection until shooting and asset delivery, implementation support and post implementation feedback and learnings gathering.
  • Create decks and project updates for different meetings and conferences.
  • Support the team and contribute to other campaigns or projects.
  • Direct Selling Focus: Focus on making our advisors feel excited and special, customers engaged and prospects curious and excited.
  • Support and connect content marketing with our direct sales strategy, communicate efforts and outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Establish and maintain the campaign management process, country meetings, feedback loops, timeline management, uploading assets on the brand platform,  and creating toolkit deliveries & post campaign analysis.
  • Partner with the Marketing team, Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing, also Product Line Management, Sales Integration, Recipe Business, Corporate Communication and Digital team to ensure stakeholder alignment and an appropriate level of resources.
  • Build and maintain a good and healthy relationship with Business Partners such as agencies, other departments and markets.
  • Be responsible for the given campaign/project budget, respecting procurements processes and following up on cost to ensure respecting allocated budget envelope.
  • Brand Strategy execution: Create a consistent brand experience and image throughout the different touchpoints while bringing to life all campaign assets working closely with Brand Management and our markets.

Your Profile

  • Education in the area of Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • +4 years in International Marketing and Media or Communication functions – experience in advertising/creative agency is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful Content Marketing campaigns, projects with several complex stakeholders in a fast paced and competitive environment in a matrix organization that drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Excellent Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in consumer goods companies, with sales network and franchise – experience in direct sales is a plus.
  • Attentive and diligent with high attention to details.
  • Good knowledge and insights into the European cleaning and cooking consumer market is a plus.
  • Able to work in an international environment with a good feel of different markets and different market situations.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self motivated to stay current on new trends, products launches in the cleaning and culinary landscape.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, German or any other language is a plus.
  • Proficiency use of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud set of applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel min. 15%.
