What are we looking for?
- Support the XDT Des Ops Manager to define key product life cycle decisions, such as defining and establishing timelines and tasks to manage large and small projects through all implementation phases
- Work closely with the designer and product community to ensure the FSB adoption
- Empower the design teams to unleash creativity that merges brand and product guidelines
- Maximise productivity by managing operational needs related to processes, tools, documentation, asset management, etc
- Support the XDT in the process of maintaining and evolving FSB according to its design principles
- Act as the bridge between the XDT and its stakeholders, such as the Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams
Your Profile
- Having a stellar attitude toward design is invaluable as it helps organizations unlock business value by fostering design maturity and enhancing the quality of user experiences
- Possessing the ability to bring order to complex programs and scope includes the skills to prioritize projects, identify risks and dependencies, define schedules, and work independently
- A strategic mindset is crucial for identifying the intersection between design, product, and technology to achieve business targets through delivering premium user experiences.
Deep experience with integrating processes and guidelines into creative workflows is essential for ensuring that design initiatives align with organizational standards and objectives - Being familiar with governance models for design systems, including processes like user onboarding and offboarding, is important for maintaining the effectiveness and consistency of design practices
- Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and foster cross-team collaboration, with a proven ability to support a community of practice for design system users, and a strategic mindset to align design system goals with business objectives
- A stellar knowledge Figma, Jira, Confluence and Miro
Knowledge of the web-based experience development (HTML, CSS) - Familiar with industry accessibility standards like WCAG, knowledgeable in Apple and Android native development, adept in Agile methodologies and tools for documentation, with a solid grasp of creative development processes and the product lifecycle
