YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Largely independent, sustainable quality assurance and holistic quality and process management for physical and digital products and services.
  • Design, implementation and optimisation of effective quality and risk assurance processes including prevention opportunities and effective compliance measures along the procurement and supply chain.
  • Analysis of existing quality data, prioritisation and derivation of recommendations for action, as well as corresponding task/project management to advance issue resolution.
  • Creation, coordination and realization of quality requirements, criteria and guidelines for our suppliers, vendors and service providers.
  • Improvement of complaint management and conscientious implementation.
  • Largely independent development and creation of process documentations and SOPs, guidelines and training material, and execution of corresponding instructions.
  • Proposal and realization of suitable monitoring measures and key performance indicators (KPIs); development and regular preparation of reports.
  • Proactive implementation of continuous and sustainable improvement measures for preventive risk and error minimisation; assumption of quality projects as well as execution of additional quality-related tasks.
  • Contact person for the topics of quality management and related areas (e.g., risk and process management).

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully completed business, technical, information technology or natural science degree or comparable qualification.
  • Funded professional experience in the field of quality, process management, project management or supply chainmanagement, preferably in eCommerce and/or in the development, production and distribution of digital and physical products and services.
  • Proven, relevant work experience in quality and process management.
  • Experience in launching new products or brands, entering new markets or previous involvement in start-ups advantageous.
  • Knowledge of project management and agile working methods advantageous.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Distinct structured, analytical and conceptual skills, quick comprehension as well as precise and independent way of working.
  • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence and high team spirit.
  • Solution orientation, high flexibility and initiative.
  • Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness.
  • Fluent in English, additional German language skills are a plus.
  • National and international willingness to travel.
