What are we looking for?

As a Global Sales Campaign Manager within the CRM & Data Business team, you will play a crucial role in developing and owning an Omnichannel campaign landscape in order to run campaigns successfully across various channels.Through contextual communication via different channels, you will serve our advisors to increase their sales potential, increase customer loyalty and convert prospects into customers. With your strong knowledge and experience in Sales, CRM and Data you will contribute to further improve customer experience and generate additional revenues through cross – and upselling. 
 
 
Job Responsibilities 
  • Analyze business requirements and sales potentials, translate them into campaign ideas with a complex stakeholder matrix from different departments and global entities 
  • Brief various internal and external partners to provide campaign inputs and manage end to end campaign delivery process and timelines considering brand guidelines & UX 
  • Optimize Omnichannel campaign landscape and orchestration of communication channels
  • Gain customer insights and understand data model to reach target groups with automated trigger-based campaigns for contextual offers 
  • Create and monitor all relevant KPIs and be accountable for campaign success, continuously test and improve target approach and campaign landscape 
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment 
  • Possess a good market overview, be aware of trends and latest developments to deliver state of the art campaigns 
  • Project Work (CRM and Data projects)  
  • Collaborate closely with team members from Sales, Marketing, CRM, Data Omnichannel and IT
  • Act as an ambassador and support the CRM & Data strategy to generate sales opportunities

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in successful sales campaign management in a complex international context and 7+ years working experience
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and data, act as the interface between Business and IT
  • Profound Marketing & Omnichannel sales experience (preferably in direct selling environment)  
  • Excellent knowledge of the whole campaign creation process and adaption to the various communication channels, sharp eye and good feeling for tonality 
  • Dealing with a broad range of partners to implement campaigns successfully (e.g. media agencies) and excellent network to be state of the art in that area 
  • Proven leadership and project management skills 
  • Superior English and German (oral and written), additional languages are a plus 
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration or comparable 
  • Proactive leader with strong communication, presentation, and creative storytelling skills, adept at building relationships and managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset, strong process execution, and a high ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible and committed team player with limited willingness to travel
