Responsibilities

Develop and implement action plans for the logistics department to ensure customer satisfaction, while optimizing inventories and storage costs for all Thermomix/Kobold products
Monitor the impact of promotional activities, anticipate stock variations, and analyse discrepancies between sales forecasts and actual sales to adjust delivery needs and optimize costs
Plan and organize logistics services, managing the flow of products and sales materials, such as commercial documents and recipe books, ensuring overall quality and efficiency
Propose and implement procedural improvements and new working methods, ensuring compliance with all procedures and necessary controls
Monitor KPIs with a focus on cost optimization and manage relationships with external providers

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in supply chain management
Deep knowledge of supply chain logistics and warehouse services, with a strong understanding of sales cycles, and storage facilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams
Ideally experience in team management and employee development
Bachelor, Master, PhD in Business Administration / Supply Chain or other related fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
Proficient in Dutch, English, both spoken and written French will be a plus
