Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans for the logistics department to ensure customer satisfaction, while optimizing inventories and storage costs for all Thermomix/Kobold products
- Monitor the impact of promotional activities, anticipate stock variations, and analyse discrepancies between sales forecasts and actual sales to adjust delivery needs and optimize costs
- Plan and organize logistics services, managing the flow of products and sales materials, such as commercial documents and recipe books, ensuring overall quality and efficiency
- Propose and implement procedural improvements and new working methods, ensuring compliance with all procedures and necessary controls
- Monitor KPIs with a focus on cost optimization and manage relationships with external providers
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management
- Deep knowledge of supply chain logistics and warehouse services, with a strong understanding of sales cycles, and storage facilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams
- Ideally experience in team management and employee development
- Bachelor, Master, PhD in Business Administration / Supply Chain or other related fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
- Proficient in Dutch, English, both spoken and written French will be a plus
