Your responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Drive a unified strategy for the IT Platform, aligning projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring operational synergy
- Budget & Cost Control: Lead rigorous cost management, budgeting, and financial planning
- Project Coordination: Ensure seamless integration and governance across multiple projects
- Contract & Vendor Management: Ensuring cost-efficient collaboration with external providers
- Responsible for the delivery of one or more IT Services related to
--> Automation (symphony AI)
--> Github / DevOps
- Coordination of all activities to manage the daily business relationships with various service providers and internal stakeholders
- Quality Assurance & Performance: Monitor key performance metrics and enforce service level agreements
- Regular participation in the Service Management Chapter
You offer us:
- Bachelor's degree or completed training as an IT specialist or similar with relevant professional experience and further education or comparable qualification
- Foundedyears of experience in the area of Service Management preferably in the field of Cloud & IT Platform technologies and in various projects or within service delivery organizations
- Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
- Sound knowledge and experience in managing processes according to ITIL
- Experience in managing external service providers
- Ability to communicate openly and clearly with stakeholders on all levels
- Fluent in English (business level)
- Strong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadership
- Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
