Your responsibilities:

  • Your task is to responsibly implement the assigned project goals within the framework of an overall program
  • Your responsibilities include proactively leading and managing work packages while adhering to schedule, budget, scope, quality, and project risks, as well as in communicating the realized project benefits and value
  • You are responsible for all deliverables within your projects according to assigned IT project roles (e.g. Solution, Test, Rollout, Release, Quality and Service Manager)
  • You will be responsible for setting precise instructions and implementing structured documentation that allows outsiders to easily understand the project scope and status
  • You support the continuous improvement and compliance with the project management standards defined by Vorwerk in your area and support the management of the corresponding project portfolio
  • You support the product portfolio according to the given guidelines, principles and defined project management methodology in all countries, departments and regions
  • You manage your direct project staff as well as all support staff involved in the projects
  • You will manage day-to-day business partners, interaction between business project managers and external vendors, set and manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with stakeholders to determine needs, and evaluate alternative business solutions as needed
  • You coordinate all relevant service providers and the review of delivered technical solutions for handover to operations

You offer us:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent qualification (majoring in computer science or equivalent)
  • Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA project management and extensive experience in international SAP rollouts
  • Deep experience in transformation projects from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA
  • Business acumen and industry knowledge to add value to the SAP S/4HANA system
  • Higher degree in a project management methodology (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Proven customer-focused service delivery skills and experience in selecting and managing external service providers
  • Understanding of key issues and considerations for successful data migration
  • Ability to work in and lead large, distributed, and heterogeneous teams in complex multi-vendor and multi-risk environments
  • Proven international experience across multiple geographies, functions and cultures
  • Confident demeanor in speaking and acting to all individuals involved
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for projects
  • Ability to grasp complex issues quickly and proactively take responsibility
  • Intrinsic motivation to proactively communicate progress, status, risks, issues, and actions through regular status reporting
  • Ease in dealing with stress and complex situations through constant focus on solutions, ability to remain calm, provide clear direction to stakeholders and maintain ongoing diplomatic communication
  • Understand how to implement DevOps in SAP
  • Understanding of new ways to deliver (agile)
