We are proud to announce our implementation in Belgium, therefore for our office in Antwerp, we are seeking a Junior Controller (f/d/m) to lead the implementation of controlling policies and support strategic financial projects. This role is crucial for aligning financial operations with the broader finance strategy.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation of controlling policies in alignment with the overall finance strategy, proactively contribute to budget projections and ROI calculations for strategic projects, and translation into key objectives for each department and region Benelux, covering sales targets, employee metrics, and organizational structure
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal controls, providing data analysis and reports for country managers and collaborating with international teams
- Advise and support managers on budget management, KPI setting, and optimization, while monitoring and updating the risk matrix to contribute to the global profit and loss account vision
Requirements
- Significant internship or first experience in the field of controlling in a sales company or external consulting
- Experience in project management will be a plus
- Understanding of business models
- Bachelor, Master, PhD in Accounting/Finance or other related fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
- Proficient in Dutch, English, both spoken and written, French will be a plus
