  • Independent planning, implementation and control of multi-level personalised email marketing campaigns along the customer journey and CRM measures.
  • Support in the development and conception of new campaign and communication strategies with a focus on mail automation and technical projects, categories and target groups.
  • Independent implementation of analyses and continuous optimisation along the most important KPIs as well as creation of presentation and reportings.
  • Strategic and operative SEO responsibility for the Nexaro website incl. eCommerce.
  • Conception and implementation of measures for the continuous optimisation of indexation, keywords, performance, content etc.
  • Organisation of the creation, maintenance, optimisation and updating of relevant SEO content as well as new features with external agencies.
  • Analysis, monitoring and reporting as well as interpretation of SEO key figures and derivation of recommendations for action (on- and offpage).
  • Responsibility for the holistic conception, implementation, control and optimisation of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social) under awareness and performance criteria, especially conversion optimisation.
  • Continuous optimisation of account structure, keyword portfolio, ad texts and bidding strategies as well as the objectives for the SEA landing pages with our external agencies.
  • Development of new scalable performance marketing potentials, incl. development of new approaches, advertising channels and campaign types as well as tests and identification of trends & insights.
  • Overview of the campaign budget, as well as control and reporting of important KPIs.


  • Successfully completed degree in the area of economic sciences/business administration with a focus on marketing, marketing management, online marketing, brand management, etc. or a comparable direction.
  • Funded professional experience in a comparable function in the areas of marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEA, SMA, campaign management preferably in the area of B2B communication and/ or eCommerce.
  • Proven professional experience in at least one, preferably several, sub-areas of marketing.
  • Experience in the above-mentioned areas in the launch of new products or brands (B2B communication an advantage), in market expansion or previous participation in start-ups is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in project management with solution orientation, high flexibility and initiative.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and Google Analytics as well as marketing relevant tools.
  • Distinct creative, structured, analytical and conceptual skills, quick comprehension and independent working style.
  • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence and high team spirit.
  • Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness.
  • Fluent in English, German skills are a plus.
