We are proud to announce our implementation in Belgium, therefore we are looking for a passionate, empathic, and innovative Recipe Expert (f/d/m) based in Antwerp, who will play a crucial role in the development and adaptation of recipes that align with market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee all recipe development activities, ensuring the creation, adaptation, and testing of local recipes
Maintain efficiency throughout the recipe development process for all related products, including Cookidoo, magazines, online platforms, and demonstrations
Ensure proper editing and consistency of recipes before publication
Manage and coordinate projects related to the distribution of recipe products
Develop and sustain a community of testers
Coordinate with the Group Recipe Team and external contractors as needed
Monitor local cooking trends and traditional cuisines to suggest new recipe ideas

Requirements

Profound expertise in cooking with the Thermomix product line, with extensive experience as an advanced user
Demonstrated technical understanding and mastery of complex procedures and methods in recipe development
Experience in project management
Strong writing skills and ability to work effectively on cooking platforms
Proficient in Dutch, English, and French, both spoken and written
