Your responsibilities:
- Lead the definition of a flexible and future-ready IT architecture (including application, integration, and data architecture) for several CRM, Marketing and Commission engine related solutions in accordance with the given business requirements and the overall target architecture
- Provide expert technical guidance for strategic IT initiatives and high-demand programs
- Support for compliance with security-related standards, policies, and technologies in the context of IT application development
- Discover optimization potential of the IT architecture landscape and drive towards automation
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability, while maintaining the expected quality and stability
- Steer external providers and solution architects to ensure IT compliance, delivery of expected quality standards in alignment with our architectural framework.
- Responsible for the validation of technical solutions delivered by service providers before handover to operations
- Support project management in areas such as project structure planning, effort estimation,resource planning, and selection of vendors and partners
- Regular participation in the Enterprise Architecture Chapter
- Consult and upskill Co-Workers in SAP CRM architecture topics
You offer us:
- Successfully completed an advanced academic degree (e.g., Master's) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field otherwise equivalent practical experience
- More than 5 years of experience as an IT solution architect in the field of CRM, including Customer Service & Marketing and working in various projects or within service delivery organizations; ideally experience in the areas of Commission engine & Output management
- Proven experience in strategic IT Architecture Development and Governance
- Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
- Experience in managing external service providers
- Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner
- Fluent in business-level English, both written and spoken
- Ideally good German language skills
- Strong team player with experience in lateral leadership and cross-functional collaboration
