For our Digital R&D we are looking for a passionate, empathic, and innovative Product Owner (f/d/m) who wants to play an integral role in the development of our digital products. A successful candidate will drive the product aspects of a portfolio of several mid- to large-scale software solutions and help to enable a cross-divisional, cross-departmental, setup of teams for successful delivery.

Reaponsibilites
- Development of Software products towards customers and stakeholders for our household products, e.g. Thermomix, Cookidoo, Kobold
- Contribution to the overall product vision and roadmap, definition and elaboration of the team-level backlog, and creation of user stories / concrete requirements in strong collaboration with Product Management, Technology Cross-Functions and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate in a dedicated Agile, cross-functional team developing highly innovative digital products for Vorwerk customers
- Independent management of software development solutions with internal and external partners and coordination of interdisciplinary Agile teams within the Digital R&D
- Together with your team, you take end-to-end responsibility for functional, technical, and operational aspects of your deliveries
- Development of ideas and holistic solutions for future household products
- Contribute to and benefit from regular exchanges in our communities
Requirements
- Several years of experience as Product Owner for software solutions
- Strong focus on customer value and customer experience
- Familiar with managing a product that has interfaces to multiple development areas
- Ability to excel in an Agile and open environment
- Result-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks is desirable
- Bachelor, Master, PhD in Computer Science or other technical fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
- Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
