Your responsibilities:
- Support Implementation projects for SAP CM Module on S4/Hana
- Application Service Transition to external providers for SAP CRM 7.0 , SAP CM-Add on S4/Hana
- Business Demand Management for CRM 7.0, S4/Hana CM Module
- Design and Governance for CRM solutions CRM 7.0 and S/4 Hana CM Module
- Manage a CRM 7.0 solution for internal call centers, Solutions, i.e. Customer Service, salesforce management and Repair
- Cooperation with external providers in the area of Run, Change and projects
You offer us:
- Multi-year professional experience in working in IT projects as consultant with the SAP CRM modules SAP CRM 7.0. and / or S4/Hana CM Module
- Deep understanding in the areas of SAP CRM solutions CRM 7.0 or S/4Hana CM and basic knowledge in SAP R/3 or S4 SD, MM and SAP standard integration methods
- Good Knowledge in SAP CRM Call center Solutions , Win UI or Web UI, Integration with S4/Hana via SAP Middleware, Workflows, One order objects, ORG model, Business Partner and development with ABAP OO, Integration
- Business fluent knowledge of English and German
- Proven prior experience in Service operation and service transition ITIL based processes and related tools, preferable SNOW
- Basic knowledge in Agile development frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence
