Responsibilites
- Develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies and policies to enhance secure access control for our development teams
- Design and standardize security architectures for cloud infrastructures in alignment with industry standards
- Manage and optimize identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Midpoint
- Implement robust security measures including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and public key infrastructure (PKI)
- Automate security operations and tools to reduce the need for manual intervention
- Continuously enhance security protocols within build environments, including Jenkins and GitLab
- Participate in the drafting and updating of security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet security requirements and adopt best practices
- Provide expert third-level support to the Service Management Team
- Lead security assessments and advocate for the integration of SSO in collaboration with Digital R&D App Owners
- Enhance self-service capabilities for platforms like AWS, Phrase, and OpsGenie by managing appropriate group ownerships
- Deploy IAM configurations using infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform
- Offer internal security consulting to ensure compliance and safeguard operations
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in IT security and IAM, ideally within cloud environments
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security, including platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Proficient in using IAM tools and technologies such as Okta, Entra ID, and Midpoint
- Experienced in securing build environments, such as Jenkins
- Strong understanding of authentication methods, encryption techniques, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Skilled in automating security processes using scripting languages and CI/CD tools
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team and communicating effectively in English
