Your responsibilities:

  • Support all maintenance activities for the product in order to ensure stable operations of the product
  • Accountable for all deliverables within his/her projects according to all assigned IT projects roles (e.g. Solution, Test, Rollout and Service Manager)
  • Represent values and principles of Vorwerk agile methodology and ensure that all development team members can work autonomously
  • Manage day-to-day business partner, business project manager interaction and external vendors, set and manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • First escalation point for stakeholders in case of irregularities with incidents and respective SLAs
  • Manage major incidents
  • Budget management & financial forecasting for operations and projects
  • Identify improvement potentials with the development team and support their realization

You offer us:

  • Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
  • Relevant experience as a service manager providing IT services and in managing projects
  • Broad knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, CobiT) – ideally ITIL® foundation certified, ITIL Service Operation and Service Transition certified
  • Experience in managing external service providers
  • Experience in managing cloud-based and/or marketing applications (e.g. SAP Emarsys, CDC)
  • Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
  • Business fluent in English
  • Strong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadership
  • Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
