YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of our group sustainability program and the operationalization of individual field of action plans in collaboration with x-functions and x-units across Vorwerk Group.
- Support the research, analysis & calculation of sustainability data from internal & external sources as part of strategy development and fulfilment of reporting requirements.
- Support in project management tasks, such as planning and executing operational activities, organizing and facilitating workshops for stakeholder engagement.
- Be open to a continuous learning environment, where new skills such as miro / mural board creation, virtual / on-site workshop facilitation, corporate communication & social media, and sustainability transformation / reporting knowledge will be quickly added to your portfolio.
YOU OFFER US
- You have good knowledge in the field of Sustainability, prior understanding / first experience in specific topics of Circular Economy, Climate Transition and/or Social Development is a BIG plus.
- You have first experience in project management and fast-paced environment (work / extracurricular) preferred.
- You have good written & verbal communication skills.
- You are fluent in English, German as a plus.
- You have first experience with communication / social media content creation preferred, but not essential.
- You have Presentation/software skills in:
- Microsoft Office (excellent PowerPoint and good Excel experience required)
- Visual design and content storytelling fascination
- Miro / Mural content creation appreciated.
- You have Soft Skills:
- Structured and well-organized team player
- Quick comprehension, hand-on and goal-oriented work approach
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize assigned activities
- Takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious
- Reliability, responsibility, and open-mindedness.
