To strengthen our team in the Advisor & Customer Experience department, we are looking for a full-time expert (m/f/d) with immediate effect. This position is limited to 24 months as part of a parental leave replacement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Advisor & Customer Experience Team as a project module leader or project support for ACX driven projects and initiatives, on a global or local scale
  • Deliver project module results in time, quality and budget and to full satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting cross-competence teams and team leads
  • Coordination of external partners in a project context on an operational basis
  • Preparation and moderation of interdisciplinary workshops, meetings, conferences on management and/or operational level
  • Build an internal network with stakeholders from various group entities, especially on working group level
  • Contribute to the development of Experience management at Vorwerk, incl. methods, tools, knowledge management and advisor or customer experience insights
  • Promoting ideas and new concepts with the team 
  • Take over responsibility for administrative tasks in the department

  • Experienced in working in an international and intercultural context
  • High willingness to travel
  • Track record in Customer Experience is a plus
  • Analytical and effective problem-solving skills, Community centric mind-set and result driven work style
  • Excellent English and German skills (oral and written)
  • Outstanding handling of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Sensible and empathic listener, good communication skills and Charismatic appearance
