Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the a UX strategy in collaboration with the VP Digital Innovation Experience, product and development teams
- Lead, guide, and coordinate external UX designers, researchers, and developers to ensure alignment with project goals and design standards
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to translate complex user needs into intuitive and user-friendly designs
- Conduct and analyze user tests and usability studies to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints
- Foster a user-centered mindset throughout the organization
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior UX role, ideally in an agile environment
- Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and modern UX methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Passion for outstanding design and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
- Bachelor, Master, PhD in Computer Science or other technical fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
- Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
