Your responsibilities:
- You implement, administer, and operate projects for the IT Product MidMarket ERP, with a primary focus on SAP ByDesign
- Coordinating and supporting external service providers in making changes to existing applications and implementing new ones is part of your role
- You are responsible for the implementation and enhancement of a governance model specifically tailored to the IT application, particularly SAP ByDesign
- Assisting in planning new company-wide services for business applications in collaboration with Domain Leads, other IT Products, and various countries will be your task
- You participate in developing formal solution designs
- With the IT Product Team, you manage the operations of one or more IT services (e.g., SAP ByDesign) across the company, ensuring key performance indicators such as performance, availability, and security are met
- You serve as the contact person and consultant for our business partners on SAP ByDesign topics
- Acting as the interface between applications connected to SAP ByDesign and the SAP ByDesign Support Team is part of your responsibilities
You offer us:
- Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
- Founded experience as an applications consultant with in-depth knowledge of all relevant application and integration technologies, as well as software development in the context of the aforementioned tasks
- Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
- Proven prior experience performing software implementation responsibilities and functions
- Proven prior experience in Service operation and service transition ITIL based processes and related tools, preferable SNOW
- Basic knowledge in Agile development frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Fluent in German and English (business level)
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
